Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, developing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client concerns.

• Maintain accurate and secure clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, engaging in case discussions and treatment planning to provide integrated care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, fostering understanding and empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our clients seek support in overcoming these challenges, and your role will be crucial in guiding them toward healthier coping strategies and improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy and a demonstrated ability to tailor treatment plans to meet individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.

• Robust problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate complex client situations effectively.

• A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and mutual professional growth.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
