This position is designed to be conducted remotely, offering flexibility and convenience for our team members. The position adheres to a standard schedule, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional adjustments based on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's personal history and emotional needs, enabling the design of individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, considering the unique cultural backgrounds of clients, to foster effective therapeutic progress.

• Provide a range of therapy modalities including individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and promoting mental resilience.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Respond effectively to mental health crises by offering immediate support and interventions when necessary.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and additional resources available in the community.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while protecting confidentiality.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competency training sessions to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.

• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health to ensure the application of best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
\n
• A strong foundation in understanding mental health disorders, as well as proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, employing culturally responsive practices that address the needs of diverse populations.
\n
• Proven crisis intervention skills, remaining calm and effective in urgent situations.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building trust and rapport with diverse individuals.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technology.
\n
• A commitment to professional ethics, including maintaining boundaries and ensuring client confidentiality.

• Capacity to work collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary health care team.

• Experience working in community-based mental health settings, particularly with marginalized populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
