Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluate client concerns to create individualized treatment plans that are both effective and realistic.

• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic one-on-one sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each client’s unique requirements.

• Maintain regular communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals involved in a client's care to ensure comprehensive and consistent support throughout the therapeutic process.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to remain well-informed of the latest industry standards and practices in mental health counseling.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our therapy programs by offering insights and feedback based on your clinical observations.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients experiencing severe distress or emergencies.

• Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards by maintaining accurate and secure records of client interactions per legal and organizational guidelines.

• Engage in research and case studies to stay informed on emerging mental health trends, techniques, and therapeutic approaches relevant to your client base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. Your role will be crucial in guiding clients toward improved mental health through the provision of empathetic support, customized therapeutic interventions, and holistic care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• An advanced degree (Master's or Doctoral) in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals and groups, with a focus on clients experiencing emotional and psychological challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers an attractive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year . In addition to competitive compensation, we provide:
