Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver care efficiently and directly.

• Utilize assessment tools and actively listen to clients’ experiences to create customized treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Establish a trusting relationship with clients, encouraging open communication and creating a safe environment for self-exploration.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, using evidence-based practices to support meaningful outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, participating in regular meetings and case discussions.

• Document therapy sessions and treatment plans thoroughly, adhering to legal and organizational standards.

• Support clients in developing coping strategies to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide range of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Our focus is on providing personalized therapy that meets the unique needs of each client, aiding them in achieving their therapeutic goals and improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health counselor in Oregon (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• Proficient in using telehealth technology and familiar with online therapy tools and platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in conducting cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based modalities.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements in virtual therapy.

• Knowledge of resources and support systems within the Oregon community to assist clients in their recovery journey.

• Experience with crisis intervention and emergency management techniques in a virtual format.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
