Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop actionable treatment goals.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring updates are completed within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Collaborate with peers in case discussions to brainstorm solutions and share insights regarding complex cases.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, regularly evaluating their progress and modifying interventions as necessary.

• Maintain thorough and organized electronic client records, adhering to all relevant legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients and couples facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Your ability to create a safe and trusting virtual environment will be crucial in helping clients openly discuss their thoughts and feelings, enabling their therapeutic progress. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
