Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments, utilizing appropriate evaluation tools to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific mental health needs, preferences, and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused techniques during virtual sessions.

• Regularly collaborate with clients to establish realistic goals while continuously monitoring progress toward achieving these objectives.

• Document clinical notes and treatment updates in a timely manner using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Actively participate in weekly team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies for continuous improvement in client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through webinars, workshops, and peer reviews to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with adult clients who present a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.

• An independent, valid state-issued license as follows: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Provisional or limited licenses are not accepted for this role.

• Exceptional ability to assess client needs and devise evidence-based treatment plans effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated capacity for empathy and understanding.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.
