Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and mental health challenges effectively.

• Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling for individuals and couples, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and self-esteem.

• Complete and submit all necessary documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, within 24 hours of client sessions to maintain compliance and uphold industry standards.

• Collaborate with fellow counselors in team consultations to enhance the quality of care and share insights on effective treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with both legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers around providing mental health services to adult clients—including individuals and couples—focused on personal growth, emotional resilience, and relationship improvement. Our diverse client base comes from various backgrounds and may present a range of challenges, making empathy and cultural competence essential traits in our counselors.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an independent licensure (such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Experience and comfort with virtual therapy platforms, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of remote services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of direct counseling experience, particularly with adult patients, is preferred but not mandatory.
