Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each client.

• Perform thorough and effective assessments during remote sessions to evaluate clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives.

• Develop and implement personalized evidence-based treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting as necessary to meet clients' evolving needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure a holistic approach to care, facilitating coordinated treatment and support.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress, assessments, and treatment interventions in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must possess a full, unrestricted license to practice, including:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions on your record are permitted.

• Strong capability to conduct professional evaluations and make informed treatment recommendations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an empathetic outlook and the ability to connect with clients.

• Basic computer literacy is essential for maintaining documentation and utilizing telehealth software.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in providing telehealth services is a plus.
