Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client concerns, facilitate treatment planning, and establish measurable therapeutic goals.

• Lead individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to tailor interventions to each client's needs.

• Engage in collaborative case management with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to provide a holistic approach to client care.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential client records, aligned with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive conditions, trauma recovery, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In addition to a competitive salary between $115,000 and $130,000 per year, Radiant Reflections offers a comprehensive benefits package.
