Our work environment is entirely remote, facilitating a flexible lifestyle for our counselors while ensuring that we can meet the mental health needs of our clients effectively. Utilizing cutting-edge telehealth technology, you will conduct therapy sessions via secure video communications, working collaboratively with our team to maintain high standards of patient care. You will have the opportunity to create your own schedule, typically Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, without the stress of on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions using live video chat, focusing on evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and psychiatrists to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure all aspects of the client's well-being are addressed.

• Utilize digital tools to track patient progress via symptom self-assessments and functional outcome measures; regularly update treatment strategies based on these metrics.

• Participate in team consultations, providing and receiving feedback to enhance clinical practices and ensure client care is consistent and effective.

You will primarily focus on individual adults, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
