Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, where you will conduct therapy sessions using telehealth platforms. You'll join a collaborative team that values open communication and shared professional development. Your role will primarily focus on providing support during regular business hours, with flexible scheduling options available between Monday and Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Notably, this role does not require any on-call responsibilities, allowing for better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and therapeutic one-on-one video chat sessions with clients, fostering an environment conducive to open discussion.

• Guide clients through their emotional and psychological experiences, helping them to gain insight into their feelings and relationships.

• Act as a client advocate, assisting them in identifying and defining personal mental health goals.

• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions and implement tailored treatment strategies based on each individual's needs and your clinical expertise.

• Document client progress, treatment plans, and feedback effectively within our digital platform, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to review cases and collaborate on best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on helping adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges. We prioritize working with clients who are stable and low-acuity, enabling you to apply evidence-based strategies that enhance their quality of life. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of an independent license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient computer literacy to navigate digital platforms effectively and manage client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Zenith's Mental Health Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
