Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their mental health challenges and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other methods tailored to foster clients' growth.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress through regular evaluations and adapt treatment approaches accordingly.

• Provide teletherapy services, allowing for facilitation of sessions via secure virtual platforms, making care accessible for clients with geographic or mobility barriers.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure accountability and effective communication.

• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.

• Possession of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in client interactions.
\n
• Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities to efficiently handle multiple clients and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy in a community health setting or private practice environment.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the nuances of conducting remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, dependent on caseload and experience. In addition to attractive salary, we provide:
