This role is primarily remote, offering flexible working arrangements while maintaining the collaborative spirit of our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide various therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities to effectively address a multitude of concerns.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that clients receive holistic care tailored to their unique needs, fostering an environment of integrated support.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing your training and expertise to stabilize situations while providing empathetic support.

• Engage proactively in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness, education, and resources, actively working to diminish the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• Valid independent license to practice, including options such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Exemplary organizational and time-management skills, ensuring comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

• Cultural competence in working with a wide range of ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups, adapting therapeutic approaches to best support each client’s unique situation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our compensation package also includes:
