Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions; working collaboratively with other mental health professionals to deliver cohesive and comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to ensure optimal client outcomes and adherence to treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• At least two years of professional experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, you will receive access to comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice coverage. We also offer client referrals and provide assistance with billing and documentation to alleviate administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping clients.
