Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique experiences and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Respond to mental health emergencies by offering immediate crisis intervention support over telehealth platforms.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and relevant community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records compliant with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively participate in team conferences, case discussions, and ongoing cultural competency training to enhance personal and team insights.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid mental health license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.
