Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), during counseling sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, among others. You will work collaboratively with families to provide not just direct therapy, but support that enhances their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree strongly preferred for this role.

• An active and valid licensure as a mental health practitioner (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) to deliver unsupervised therapy services.

• Two or more years of clinical psychotherapy experience specifically with adults and children.

• Proven proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnoses, and development of treatment plans.

• Strong documentation and written communication skills to accurately reflect client progress and needs.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against your professional license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a benefits package that includes a health insurance stipend, professional development assistance, and referral bonuses. Therapists who join our team will also receive a sign-on bonus with their first client appointment.
