This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, ensuring that our therapists can balance their professional commitments while providing care from the comfort of their home. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility necessary to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform culturally sensitive mental health assessments to fully understand each patient's unique experiences, background, and needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, maintaining a focus on cultural responsiveness.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapeutic sessions to address various mental health concerns, enhancing resilience and promoting overall well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for our patients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to foster informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in regular case conferences, attendance at team meetings, and active participation in cultural competency training.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State is required.

• Thorough understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and mental health disorders, particularly demonstrated through culturally responsive care.

• Strong skills in crisis management and a calm demeanor during challenging situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
