Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in achieving relaxation and enhancing their emotional well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client-specific stressors, personal challenges, and therapeutic goals, and develop customized mindfulness strategies.
\n
• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques to promote self-awareness, emotional balance, and stress management.
\n
• Facilitate group sessions on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building techniques, enabling clients to learn from one another in a supportive environment.

• Incorporate mindfulness and therapeutic techniques into individual sessions aimed at addressing specific mental health concerns while supporting clients' overall growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare providers to create a cohesive and supportive treatment plan for clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress towards therapeutic goals.

• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practice, self-reflection, and continuous professional development to enhance expertise in mindfulness techniques and therapies.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong observational and analytical skills to understand and respond to clients' evolving needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
