Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.
\n
• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, employing various modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and mindfulness strategies.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate care and ensure that clients receive holistic and comprehensive treatment.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and support to clients facing acute mental health distress, applying a calm and empathetic approach.

• Engage in proactive outreach efforts to the community, leading workshops and educational initiatives designed to raise awareness for mental health issues, ultimately reducing the stigma surrounding them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve clients from varied backgrounds, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our client population spans different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups, requiring therapists to employ a culturally competent and sensitive approach. Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to successfully work with diverse populations.
\n
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing documentation and referrals efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy or utilizing telehealth platforms is considered a plus, as it enhances service delivery.

• A minimum of two years experience in a clinical setting is preferred, allowing for a deeper understanding of mental health service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
