Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, you will enjoy the flexibility that comes with telehealth service delivery. Your work schedule will primarily be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required depending on the unique needs of your patients. You will have the resources necessary to provide top-notch care, including access to various digital tools for managing patient records and communications.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather extensive data on clients’ behavioral, emotional, and psychological state, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to effectively address issues presented by individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community while addressing common mental health concerns ranging from stress management to coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are coordinated and comprehensive.

• Provide crisis intervention services, employing strategies to manage acute episodes and guiding clients towards safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and available treatments, empowering them with knowledge about community resources for additional support.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
