Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate patients' background, trauma history, and identify tailored clinical approaches.

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery, focusing on resilience-building and empowering patients to reclaim their lives.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help patients process their trauma.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for patients to share their experiences and develop coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to each patient’s care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support in trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating a calm and composed demeanor.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and resources available for support and recovery.

• Maintain precise, confidential documentation aligned with legal and ethical standards to track patient progress and adhere to regulatory requirements.

The therapist will primarily serve individuals struggling with trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
