Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, which involves utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Provide ongoing therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, managing different cognitive, emotional, and behavioral disorders while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to coordinate holistic care, ensuring seamless transitions across various levels of service and reducing barriers to treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention and crisis management support to clients in acute distress or emergency situations, applying de-escalation techniques and therapeutic support to ensure client safety.

• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational programs to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, encompassing various age groups, cultures, and socioeconomic statuses. As a mental health therapist at Healing Care, you will have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working within outpatient therapy settings, familiarity with integrated care models, and previous involvement in community mental health initiatives will enhance your application. Compensation and Benefits\n
