Work Environment\n

This remote position allows mental health professionals to maintain flexibility in their work while being an integral part of a supportive network dedicated to the care of children and adolescents. Operating in a collaborative environment, team members engage in regular virtual meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities. The work hours are primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate the needs of our young patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify individual needs and concerns.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique developmental stages of each young patient and their familial dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy to effectively address anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions, aiding parents and caregivers in creating nurturing environments that promote mental well-being.
\n
• Work closely with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of care and holistic treatment approaches.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, supporting young individuals and their families during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Promote mental health education by informing patients and families about various conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines within our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively participate in team discussions, skill-building workshops, and ongoing education to stay current with the latest advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing a diverse array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and effective, evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and family therapy to children and their families.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong, compassionate, and child-centered approach.
\n
• Ability to develop rapport and trust with children, adolescents, and their families, ensuring a comfortable therapeutic environment.
\n
• Competence in using EHR systems and familiarity with basic computer applications.
\n
• Proven capability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a clinical setting with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
