Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients during initial consultations to establish a clear understanding of their mental health status and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that encompass evidence-based strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in regular therapeutic sessions with clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and coping strategies while monitoring progress.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports efficiently and accurately.

• Facilitate referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or other specialists, when further intervention is needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and young adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from different backgrounds and cultures, experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your ability to connect with clients from diverse communities will be crucial in fostering an inclusive and supportive healing environment.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrated expertise in individual and group therapy modalities.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and the ability to apply culturally competent therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
