Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and guide the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), adapting approaches to meet each client’s unique concerns.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy options to provide accessible mental health services to clients who may have difficulty attending in-person sessions due to various challenges, including geographical or mobility limitations.

• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation to comply with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, using our organization’s secure electronic health record systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and peer reviews to stay informed about the latest advancements in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. As a mental health counselor, you will be instrumental in providing support to clients of all ages, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to effectively address their individual needs and preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
