Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a person-centered approach that fosters their mental health goals.

• Collaborate with a treating therapist to score, interpret, and report findings from psychometric assessments, utilizing data to enhance therapy outcomes.

• Conduct regular supervisory sessions in partnership with the site supervisor, reinforcing best practices and fostering professional growth.

• Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and healthcare provider collaboration sessions, contributing insights and recommendations to improve service delivery.

• Identify and leverage agency resources and community services to improve client access to care, addressing various psychosocial challenges.

• Complete agency orientation and familiarize yourself with policies and procedures to seamlessly integrate into our community health clinic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , dependent on experience and caseload management.
