Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of your clients.

• Actively engage in team meetings, contributing insights and learning from case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting children and adolescents, as well as their families, through a variety of mental health challenges. Building rapport and trust is essential in this role, as many clients may feel vulnerable. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• In-depth knowledge of developmental psychology and clinical practices relating to child and adolescent mental health.
\n
• Experience in providing therapeutic intervention for individual and family therapy.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on a child-centered and empathetic approach.

• Proven ability to build relationships with children, adolescents, and their families that facilitate effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth applications to promote client accessibility.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
