Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring client safety and immediate care.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
