This position offers the convenience of remote work while engaging with clients in an outpatient office setting. Our flexible approach allows you to prioritize work-life balance while maintaining a full caseload. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring a consistent and secure approach to client data.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide well-rounded care that addresses the diverse needs of our clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance provider competency and care quality.

• Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, facilitating informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population seeking support for various mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, enabling you to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each client.
