Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals and families to understand their specific mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in effective communication with clients and their families to discuss assessment results, treatment options, and multidisciplinary care plans.

• Document treatment interventions, progress notes, and case management details promptly and ethically, adhering to organizational policies and requirements.

• Provide high-quality therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other appropriate modalities designed to foster client engagement and promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
