Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals facing a diversity of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, family dynamics, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

• Competence in managing documentation with a keen attention to detail, ensuring all records are accurate and organized.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, additional certifications in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care can enhance your candidacy. Experience with telehealth platforms and EMR systems will be beneficial for smooth transition into the role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
