Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support through individual, group, and family sessions tailored to the needs of adolescent and young adult clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by youth.

• Participate in regular case management meetings and collaborate with other clinicians to leverage collective expertise for enhanced client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adolescents and young adults facing significant mental health challenges. We aim to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships, optimizing their paths to recovery. With small group sizes (maximum of 8 clients), our counselors have the opportunity to establish deep connections and provide intensive, personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current licensure in the state of California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• Availability to dedicate between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on the contractual arrangement (1099 or W2).

• For W2 positions, full-time availability is required, with capacity for evening and weekend sessions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering supportive relationships with clients.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a clinical setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive and falls between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
