Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct patient assessments through comprehensive interviews to determine mental health status, symptoms, and needs during initial consultations and ongoing sessions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing both individual and group modalities, to provide coping strategies and support clients in their healing journeys.

• Monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary, and ensure timely documentation of sessions using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, making referrals when necessary.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to remain composed and effective during challenging client situations.

• Participate in regular professional development activities and supervision to stay current with best practices and enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with adults seeking support for a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use struggles, and trauma-related experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of four years of direct counseling or clinical experience, showcasing capability with a variety of mental health disorders.

• Strong understanding of best practices in psychotherapy, combined with cultural humility and competence in service delivery.

• A proven track record of effectively providing crisis intervention and therapeutic support.
