Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions, history, and specific needs through engaging sessions and active listening.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and supportive counseling techniques tailored to client preferences.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in mental health treatment methodologies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.

• Regularly document client progress through thorough notes and assessments, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Cultivate a warm and welcoming therapeutic environment that encourages clients to express their feelings and experiences openly.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to refer clients for additional services when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
