Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will have the responsibility of creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that address the diverse needs of our clients. Your key duties will include:

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions that promote peer support and connection.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions that provide clients with a safe space to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborating with clients to develop SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) treatment goals tailored to their specific needs.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and employing various therapeutic assessment tools to track outcomes.

• Working in coordination with our multidisciplinary team, maintaining open communication, and participating in case consultations to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will be instrumental in guiding them through their recovery journeys, helping to instill resilience and foster personal growth. Our programs emphasize holistic approaches that treat not only the symptoms but also the underlying factors affecting our clients’ mental health.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Additionally, candidates must possess an active state license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome recent graduates, candidates with experience in outpatient mental health settings and those who have worked with young adult populations will be especially valued. Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
