Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and design personalized treatment plans that address specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including case managers and psychiatric professionals to deliver coordinated and effective care.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies during acute episodes, offering immediate support and resources to clients in distress.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to enhance mental health awareness and reduce stigma related to mental health issues.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals across various age groups, ethnicities, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clients present with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• Successfully completed a master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients.

• Showcase cultural competence, effectively working with individuals from varied backgrounds and understanding their unique perspectives.

• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities to ensure efficient case management and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in community mental health settings or outpatient therapy.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation and case management.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
