Work Environment\n

This role is conducted in a fully remote setting, offering you the flexibility to work from home while actively participating in our outpatient services. The working hours are set Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some variability based on client needs. As part of your role, you will engage with a diverse team of mental health professionals to ensure high-quality care delivery, making use of the latest technology to conduct assessments and sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough clinical assessments to identify mental health conditions, employing evidence-based methods and solution-focused interventions that inform personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), utilizing a variety of proven modalities to engage clients and facilitate their healing process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring seamless record-keeping for effective patient care.

• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed counselors, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve care quality.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
