Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to treat a range of diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in individual and family contexts.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing initial discharge plans to facilitate client recovery and stability.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions in alignment with personalized treatment plans, adapting as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to optimize care strategies for clients, coordinating additional services as required.

• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of therapy services provided to each client, ensuring adherence to facility and professional standards.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, implementing regular updates and revisions to treatment plans based on client progress.

• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all client interactions, prioritizing their mental health and safety at all times.

• Address client complaints and concerns proactively, working towards resolution to ensure a supportive therapeutic experience.

• Engage in additional functions and responsibilities as assigned by the management team to support clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents, fostering relationships that support their mental health journeys. You will engage with clients facing various challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional disturbances, ensuring that each individual feels seen, heard, and valued in their process of healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.

• Candidates must possess the requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy, specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW status.

• Demonstrated capability and experience working with clients of all ages, with a solid understanding of developmental and psychological principles across the lifespan.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
