Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using appropriate diagnostic criteria to recommend effective interventions and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions that address a range of mental health issues, helping each client navigate their unique challenges.

• Monitor the progress and outcomes of treatment in collaboration with team members, making necessary adjustments to enhance client care.

• Facilitate continuity of care and discharge planning, ensuring all clients have the resources and support they need as they transition through different phases of treatment.

• Document all patient care activities meticulously within our electronic healthcare record system, complying with departmental policies for record-keeping.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay informed of the latest research and best practices in the mental health field to improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a varied clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may present a wide range of unique circumstances, enhancing the richness of your therapeutic experience and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality mental health counseling and support.
\n
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least three years of professional experience in the mental health field, with a proven track record of successful interventions.

• Familiarity with Integrative and Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based techniques.

• Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and treatment progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
