Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring an informed approach to treatment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively manage and mitigate mood disorders.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress through sessions, adjusting care strategies to meet evolving needs and optimizing outcomes.

This position primarily supports individuals experiencing various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated skills and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, with a focus on CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
