Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans that are responsive to those needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver impactful interventions to patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders along with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic practices.

• Strong skills in conducting mental health assessments, developing responsive treatment plans, and adapting therapeutic techniques based on patient progress.

• Experience working with individuals and groups of various demographics, utilizing skillful communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Judgment and professionalism in maintaining boundaries and ethics in therapy.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications to ensure meticulous patient records.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience as a mental health counselor, with direct experience in outpatient therapy.
