You will be part of a supportive community health clinic that embraces a remote work model, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with your colleagues. The clinic operates during weekday business hours, offering a flexible scheduling system that accommodates patient needs, typically from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and collaboratively develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver tailored interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community and address prevalent mental health topics, helping clients feel less isolated.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all patients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Educate clients regarding their mental health conditions, available treatment strategies, and empower them to utilize community resources effectively.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
