Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and challenges. This includes gathering relevant background information and establishing a positive therapeutic rapport.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health issues. For example, leading a group on coping strategies for anxiety or managing stress effectively.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, discussing case dynamics and treatment efficacy in regular team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, compassionately assisting clients during mental health emergencies with appropriate urgency and care.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them through knowledge to navigate their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
