The selected candidates will provide high-quality mental health counseling, deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to our diverse patient population.

Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing our counselors to employ telehealth modalities in delivering care. Our outpatient clinic operates in a supportive, collaborative environment, leveraging cutting-edge technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure streamlined patient management. As a part of our team, you will have the flexibility to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some accommodation for scheduling based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient’s specific needs, preferences, and challenges, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities informed by the latest research.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community and shared healing among patients facing common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for all patients.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques when necessary, providing immediate support to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources that can support their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation as mandated by legal and ethical healthcare standards, ensuring compliance and accountability in patient interactions.

• Engage in regular case consultations, participate in team meetings, and contribute to ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
