Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring you maintain a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological and emotional states, focusing on symptoms of mood disorders such as depression and anxiety.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the clients’ unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment for mood-related issues.

• Offer guidance and education to clients and their families about mood disorders, therapeutic options, and coping strategies that enhance mental wellness.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and well-coordinated patient care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and clinical practices related to mood disorders to consistently improve treatment efficacy.

• Maintain precise, confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, working towards reducing the stigma associated with mood disorders within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role places you at the forefront of working with adults and adolescents experiencing mood disorders, which can include conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. You will have the opportunity to support a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, addressing their individual therapeutic needs and contributing to their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is required.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to mood disorders.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists.

• Demonstrable experience in producing favorable outcomes in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
