This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, providing you with the convenience of working from home while maintaining a strong connection with your team through virtual meetings and collaboration tools. Our work schedule typically spans from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some adaptability may be required to support patient needs outside of these hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to determine patients' needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups that focus on relevant topics like stress management, emotional regulation, and coping strategies, fostering a supportive community among participants.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring shared understanding and coordinated care for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health crises, applying de-escalation techniques and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment updates accurately and confidentially in line with legal regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field, incorporating new knowledge into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse patient population dealing with various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Your expertise will help guide patients through their personal challenges and support their journey toward improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans suitable for diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a strong foundation in ethical practice, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
