Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work arrangements while still engaging actively with our outpatient office team. The operational hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider any co-existing medical conditions and their impact on the patient’s psychological well-being.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate both mental health and medical care, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods specific to patients' circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing various mental health issues, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities suited to each patient’s needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and mental health support, ensuring that patients receive timely assistance during emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse clientele that includes individuals with co-occurring conditions such as chronic pain, substance use disorders, and other psychological challenges. Your role will require a nuanced understanding of how these various health issues interconnect and affect one another, allowing you to deliver the most effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing mental health needs for individuals with complex medical histories.
\n
• Experience working within an integrated care model and collaborating effectively with medical professionals.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish strong rapport with patients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n
