This full-time position, based in Chandler, Arizona, offers a remote work setting with a focus on outpatient therapeutic services. Work Environment\n

In this role, you will operate within a supportive and collaborative remote environment while having access to in-office resources as needed. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient demand. You will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic treatment approach.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments by evaluating the interplay between a patient’s mental health and their medical conditions, focusing on their unique needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical aspects of care, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting interventions according to the diverse requirements and backgrounds of patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients primarily include individuals with complex medical and psychiatric needs, including those experiencing chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong understanding of the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating in integrated care settings with medical professionals.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
