Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through telehealth sessions, ensuring an in-depth understanding of each patient’s mental health needs and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with preferred candidates holding a master’s degree or higher.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in mental health counseling, particularly in settings involving chronic illnesses or hospice care.
