Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs and create customized treatment plans for clients, focusing on emotional support during their hospice journey.

Qualifications\n

• An active, independent license in Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
